Key Responsibilities
- Lead data management activities for studies of limited volume or complexity, with senior team member support.
- Ensure interdepartmental and client communication, facilitating the smooth execution of study-related data activities.
- Apply relevant project protocols to daily tasks and provide direction to team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Project Lead, clients, and the data management team.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Deliver study-specific training for project staff and produce regular status reports.
- Participate in business development by assisting with bid preparation and representing data management at bid defense meetings.
- Assist with project forecasting, identify resource requirements, and present potential out-of-scope activities to the Project Lead and management.
- Mentor junior staff and provide administrative and financial management support for allocated projects.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic qualification.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data management or a related field.
- Combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered sufficient.

- Proficiency with interactive computer programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of the English language.
